Why does my tracking state 'Returned to Sender'?Updated 2 months ago
If your order has been declared 'Return to Sender' by the courier company, as marked on your tracking details, this can mean one of the following has occurred:
Unsuccessful delivery address or incomplete delivery address was provided at checkout and the courier cannot delivery your parcel to the address
Unsuccessful delivery as the courier was unable to find a safe place to leave your order
Payment of import taxes or duties was not paid within the required timeframe
Please note: If you chose not to pay import taxes or duties, you will be refunded for the value of the order minus original shipping costs and any fees associated with returning this order to us.
