We aim to ship all orders placed before 12pm AEDT on the same day (approx 5pm PT the previous day).

Please note: we have warehouse located in the US, and in Australia, so dispatch timeframes will vary depending on stock availability and where your order is being shipped from.

Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or on public holidays will be processed the next business day where possible.

Please note: during sale events, promotional periods, or public holidays, dispatch may take a little longer due to increased order volumes or temporary closures of our warehouse. We appreciate your patience during these times!
