My tracking shows my package is delivered but I cannot find it, can you help?Updated 2 months ago
If your order is marked as delivered but you can’t locate it, we recommend first checking the following locations where it may have been left in a safe place or signed for:
- around your property
- mailbox
- mailroom
- apartment lobby
- reception of building
- with neighbours
- with building management
If you still can't find it, please reach out to the shipping carrier directly for more detailed delivery information or a proof of delivery image to assist locating it.
