Stock unavailability:
If an item you ordered was unavailable at the time of packing and we were unable to fulfil it, we will issue a refund for this item. If you have only 1 item in your order, the entire order will be cancelled and a full refund (including shipping) will be issued.

Our finance team may have been unable to accept your order due to payment information provided that cannot be verified.
