Once your return is delivered to our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for our team to process your refund or store credit, depending on the option you selected.

During peak or sale periods, processing times may be slightly longer due to higher volumes. 

If it’s been more than 5 business days since your return was marked as delivered and you haven’t received an update, feel free to contact us here and we’ll be happy to check on it for you.
