What should I do if I receive a faulty or damaged item?Updated 2 months ago

We’re so sorry if something’s not right with your order! 

If you receive a faulty or damaged item (a 'Deficient Product'), please contact us here with a description of the issue, photo of the issue and your order number as soon as possible. 

Once confirmed, you’ll be offered one of the following options to choose from depending on availability and the issue experienced; an exchange, store credit, or refund.

Please note: Requests must be made within a reasonable time, and we reserve the right to decline if the issue is due to misuse, damage, or neglect of care instructions provided.
