What item(s) are eligible for a return?Updated 2 months ago

We’re happy to accept returns for most items, provided they meet our return conditions. However, the following items cannot be returned for change of mind reasons (unless the item is deemed faulty):

• E-vouchers, store credits and gift cards

• Items marked as 'Final sale' at the time of purchase

• Underwear, lingerie, bodysuits, or items with inbuilt underwear

• Swimwear (including one-pieces and sets) if the original hygiene sticker has been removed or displaced

• T-string cut items

• Items returned not in original condition

• Items without tags attached 

• Items that appear worn or carry odours (e.g. perfume, smoke, deodorant, body odour)

• Items that are marked or damaged, including stains from fake tan, makeup, or deodorant
