All customers must lodge their return through the returns portal prior to shipping the parcel back to us to ensure the return is authorised. 

USA: 
Customers will be emailed a pre-addressed return label once their return has been lodged.

Canada & Puerto Rico: 

Customers can return to our Australian address which will be provided once the return has been lodged.
