If your order includes multiple items, they may be dispatched from different warehouse locations based on availability. In such cases, your order will be split into separate shipments, each with its own tracking number.
You’ll receive a notification email with the tracking details every time a shipment is sent out. Rest assured, there are no extra shipping costs for split shipments!
If your item isn’t listed in a separate shipment or still seems to be missing, please reach out to our Customer Care team here with your order number and the item details so we can take a look and provide clarification.
