How do I ship my return?Updated 2 months ago

USA:

Once the return is booked: 

1. You will be emailed a prepaid return label to use. 

2. Ensure the items being returned match the return booking and are unworn, unwashed, with tags attached and in original condition.

3. Package items for return. You can reuse the Tiger Mist satchel or any other bag available! 

4. Print and stick return label this to the parcel, covering any previous shipping labels. 

No printer? The post office can print the label for you. Just take the return label on your email and show them at the post office!

5. Lodge the return at the post office. Keep the proof of postage receipt!

3. You will need to arrange postage at your own cost

4. Lodge the return at the post office. Keep proof of postage receipt until the return is processed!
