Can I return my item without the original packing?Updated 2 months ago

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition. 

All original tags must still be attached and intact. 

If you no longer have the original clear packaging, that’s okay! Our team can re-package your item, as long as it meets our return conditions when it gets back to us. 

Just be sure to package it neatly to keep it in perfect condition during transit.

Returns will not be accepted if the items show signs of wear or if the tags have been removed or damaged.
