Can I change my address after I completed my purchase?Updated a day ago

You can now make quick changes to your order for 15 minutes after completing checkout. 

You can do so on the order confirmation page after completing checkout, or via a link on your confirmation email where it states 'You can edit your order here'. Click on this link to update your address.

Once this 15 minutes has elapsed, we’re unable to make any further changes. 

If you need to change your address or delivery details once the order has already shipped, you will need to do so directly with the shipping carrier.
